At PILATES CORE & BEYOND, we love working with everyone.

Like our name suggests, our Pilates classes are specially designed to serve the needs of our clients beyond the benefits of an ordinary pilates class. So what’s our core? Our core lies in the strength and dedication of our friendly and competent team. The Pilates exercises are specifically crafted to improve posture alignment, balance, coordination, strength and flexibility while reducing the risk of injury and re-injury. Additionally, our founder/instructor Geraldine specializes in back pain rehabilitation. Being a chronic back pain sufferer herself, she is equipped with the right skills and knowledge to develop a wide range of techniques and modalities to help clients make desired changes to their lives.

Drawing from our own experience, we have been able to guide athletes on the mend (golfers, footballers, tennis players, runners) through our low impact exercise method called Pilates named after Joseph Pilates. Our client profile varies from the youngest being 12 years old and our silver foxes (yes! We do have some very committed ones) over 70 years young.

The equal mix of clients from homemakers, working adults to students is an evident display of the capacity of our Pilates classes that caters to a wide range of needs aimed at maintaining general fitness through this mindful, intelligent exercise method.
