PRICE RANGE / GROUP CLASS SCHEDULE

We offer Pilates Private Sessions (one-on-one), Duet or Semi Private Sessions (two clients in one session), Group Reformer Classes and Group Mat Classes. Our price range from $35 to $150.

The one-on-one sessions are one of the most effective sessions in meeting your personal health goals. Each program is conscientiously designed for your specific needs, to address your individual injuries or postural and strength inefficiencies. You will also be entitled to a complimentary and comprehensive postural analysis during your first session.

In a private session, you will utilize the full range of Pilates equipment and props progressing at your own pace.

*If you have a preexisting medical condition or injury we can work together with your GP, physiotherapist or chiropractor to create a personal program that compliments any ongoing medical treatment.

The Duet or Semi Private sessions (limited two per class) is definitely a good deal, whether you are signing up as a couple, with your friends or even family! Both parties will be given a complimentary, comprehensive postural analysis during your first session to assess your body condition and determine your strengths and weaknesses.

In a duet session, both you and your partner will be entitled to utilize the full range of Pilates equipment and props.

Looking for a reformer Pilates class near you? Look no further! REFORMERS are Pilates machines that use springs and pulleys to provide variable resistance to assist and challenge the body. The variable resistance on the Reformers makes it unique and is suitable for every level of ability. Reformer Pilates has countless benefits including:

  • Long, lean overall body muscle tone
  • Improved flexibility and postural correction
  • Gain strength from your core including pelvic floor focus
  • Stand taller, sit straighter and move with better balance, coordination and body awareness
  • Accelerated results

We currently offer 4 types of Reformer group classes. Each group session is limited to 6 students.

    • Reformer workout
  2. Cardio Craze
    • Reformer with Jumpboard or Cardio Tramp
  3. Tower Tone
    • Reformer and Tower
  4. Mix it up
    • Reformer, Tower, Stability chair and mat

A group mat session is an ideal class for those who are in need of some motivation! A mat class will work your entire body. Most of the exercises are done either standing using the barre, seated or lying on a provided mat (thicker than the norm to help cushion the spine.)

You might use some fun props during the class as a resistance or assistance to some exercises in the method. Classes typically end with a stretching series of exercises.

Struggling to find time amidst your busy schedule? We currently offer a lunchtime MAT EXPRESS CLASS of 45 minutes, 3 times a week. Each Mat session is limited to 6 students.

*For those new to Pilates we recommend at least 2 – 3 private sessions before joining any Reformer or Mat group class.
