Benefit from a one on one session by having a program tailored to fit your body’s specific need such as:

We do also provide duet sessions if you keen on working out with a buddy or as a couple. If you have a pre-existing medical condition, our instructors can work in conjunction with your GP, physiotherapists or chiropractor to create a personal programme that complements any ongoing medical treatment.
