Please arrive 10 minutes before your class, as all classes will start on time. For your own safety and at the discretion of our instructor, you may not be permitted to join a class 10 minutes after commencement.

We have a 24-hour in advance cancellation policy for all group classes and private sessions.

Our reason is simple….

  • Every booking on your part is a commitment to yourself.
  • Every late cancellation denies another client a workout.

All sessions purchased have an expiry date. There will not be any extensions to the validity. All sessions purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable.

At PILATES CORE & BEYOND, we accept cash, cheques, NETS, VISA or MasterCard. We require payment to be made in full before the start of your first session.

We recommend form-fitting comfortable workout attire to allow our instructor to see the alignment of your bones and muscles so they can properly correct your form if necessary.

We request men to wear underwear or skins underneath their shorts.

All clients are required to wear a clean pair of socks for hygiene purposes.

If you forget to bring, you can purchase a pair of grip socks from the studio.

You may bring a towel with you. We provide water.

Kindly turn your mobile phones to silent mode before your class and refrain from using it during any session.

Kindly remove and place your shoes on the rack before entering our studio. There are toilets and a changing room available in our studio. Your bags and personal effects may be stored on the designated storage rack.

At PILATES CORE & BEYOND shall not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.

As a courtesy to our clients we provide spray bottles of a blend of TeaTree Oil and water and Micro-fiber cloths in our workout areas.

Please spray and wipe down all equipment and props after use. After spraying please tidy your area and put the props away.

We like to keep our space nice and clean.
